How do I get more stars on my virtual pro? And how can I get the coach to play my VP in career mode again? I don't know why coach won't play him seen as how I score almost all my goals with him and I win every game and yet he still says I'm not high enough skill level to play

To get your VP better you have got to complete VP Accomplishments.

To get play you need to become a 1st team regular. If you look at the bottom left hand side of the screen it tells you what your squad status is. Also if you want to play more games as your VP at the start of the sesson go as a lower ranked to or become a Player/Manager and pick yourself.
