fifa 12 annoying bug!

just recently after returning to fifa after a while, whenever i play a game the game runs fine, until i score then the framerate drops dramatically and its as if the game is in slow motion!...also after it has done this when i quit the game the screen just goes black and i have to unplug the ps3 to turn it off...i have tried deleting the update data and gameface data and nothing seems to work, has anyone else had this strange problem and if so does anyone have any ideas how to fix the sodding thing as im about 4 or 5 seasons in and dont wanna lose it!!!....oh forgot to add this is in career mode not online

I Used to have some problems where I would be playing online then the other guys crappy connection would freak out then freeze for a sec then it would bug out and I get replay bug that makes my players sometimes flash invisible / make game jumpy / cant see replays etc....

 

Also used to have problem when starting up game and IIn arena when I would move around and It would freeze but I think that was because of created content and you need to stand still untill its finished loading files and it will just keep freezing.
