Forgive me but what's TC again?

Anyway, up for tonight! Should be good. I hope we can all have some good 'clean races' :smileyvery-happy:

It means 'Traction Control' - I think.

If everyone wants it off then cool we'll have it off. I'm not fussed but i just know that i'll be going into the wall quicker than if it was on. XD

Oh yeah. Ta.

I personally have all aids turned off too as I feel it gives more control & possible speed. However I always keep the race line on - it's a must!

TC is better off I think but perhaps we can have it open to personal choice if that's possible...

Re: F1 2010: Thursday Fun Night

I might come along tonight!

But I'd prefer TC on at least medium...

Re: F1 2010: Thursday Fun Night

im a complete noob without any TC or racing line,if they get switched off, i can see me either spinning at every corner or unintentionally taking someone out.( why i hvnt took part in any other F1 Events)

cant we just make driving aids optional (as said in the original post,so us non hardcore racers without wheels can atleast have an enjoyable race?

Yeah, we'll enable all of the driving aids and then everyone can change to the settings they prefer. That way everyone gets to have an enjoyable race like you say. :smileyhappy:

I'll be on at 8:20 and get a chat set up for everyone that won't be bringing headsets along. I think mines got no battery so i'll stick it on charge now.

Great few races tonight! :smileyhappy:

It was a little touch and go for most of the night as we experimented with the settings to see what worked etc but we got some good races in the end, especially the last couple!

I got myself slightly confused on some of the settings (bad organisation i know! :smileytongue:) aswell but in the end I worked it out so hopefully now we've sorted everything out next week should be a lot more enjoyable.

Cheers to everyone who turned up and had the patience to stay ... it was a tough night! :smileyvery-happy:

Re: F1 2010: Thursday Fun Night

cheers all, some good racing.  was the usual carnage at the 1st corner for a few races lol.

i'm glad damage was off on monaco in the rain, I don't think i'd have even made 1 lap if it was turned on!
