I got Gran Turismo 6 Anniversary Edition.

I am having problems as stated in other posts, I have the 500GB slim PS3.

The game seemed fine until there was a number of updates but now

the game keeps crashing and I have to restart the console everytime and I get a option

to send a report to sony.

I can't play the next race on the B license now, just stuck on one point; also I

tired multi-player and the the screen goes pixelated and the game crashes.

I went to "Game" today and mentioned the problem to them, they have had others

reporting problems to them regarding the game and they said they can't do anything

about it and just suggested to wait for a patch/update as the developers are working on it.

I paid £60 for the game and I don't know about anybody else but I expect it to be in working

condition. As far as the developers go, they should have tested it properly before release.

I got the below from "Your Refund Rights Explained", what do you think, can we get a refund?

I know "Game" most likely won't want to give a refund but I am really annoyed at the moment

and don't want to wait for an update.

2. Faulty goods -

Under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 any item you purchase from a retailer should be as described, of a satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. This means that if a product turns out to be damaged or faulty at the time of sale, or if a fault emerges over time, you are entitled to a refund, repair or replacement from the retailer.
