[PSMv099 Emulator] "EGL_syncBuffers:66 - GL_ERROR=1282" in outputwindow during scene trasition

First, everything in my lil game is OK under PSSv0.98 ... 

After Upgrade to v0.99, on the Emulator, I found scene transition would cause extremly lag, about 2 - 3 seconds. the FPS told me that there was only about 10 frames per second ... tested on 3 computers,  and resulting were the same... 


occasionly, I saw the output window was flushing happily ... as following : 

EGL_syncBuffers:66 - GL_ERROR=1282
EGL_syncBuffers:66 - GL_ERROR=1282
EGL_syncBuffers:66 - GL_ERROR=1282
EGL_syncBuffers:66 - GL_ERROR=1282
EGL_syncBuffers:66 - GL_ERROR=1282

EGL_syncBuffers:66 - GL_ERROR=1282
EGL_syncBuffers:66 - GL_ERROR=1282
EGL_syncBuffers:66 - GL_ERROR=1282
EGL_syncBuffers:66 - GL_ERROR=1282
EGL_syncBuffers:66 - GL_ERROR=1282

... balabala ... 

Then, I tried sample/GameEngine2D/FeatrueCatalog, OK reduplicated ... 

Now, is it a bug or inaccurate usage ??

Hi,

 

Just to clarify, do you get this error when using any samples(you mentioned one, can you try some other ones please). Do you also have a device to test this or just the simulator ?

Hi lwwin,

We'd really like to help you out on this problem and find out why these errors are happening. To summarise, please could you provide us with the following information:
- Is it limited to all the samples included in the PSM SDK?
- Operating System
- Computer Make & Model
- Graphics Card and firmware version

We are also interested in finding out the OpenGL capabilities of your graphics card. The following tool is very good at generating a report of this.
