Just bought a PSN Card from GAME and whenever I enter the code, it doesnt work, what should I do?
Hmm .. probably best to either take it back to Game and ask for a replacement or phone Sony Customer Service on 0844 7360595.
They should be able to tell you whether the card is still valid and activated. :)

im having the same problem with a 20 pound psn card and i was charged 15 quid on my cash card and still on got the cod maps im well and truely p***ed of 35 pound and still no maps
yeah same i bouth the £20 one and when i put it in it keeps saying error occured
