What are your favourite musicians? Mine would probably be Cliff Burton (R.I.P). He was the Bass player who replaced Ron McGovney in Metallica. I found him to be a great Bass guitaurist , but sadly he died in a tour bus accident.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6O9zMnwD65Q

Dream Theater are probably the most technically stunning band on the planet, John Petrucci is incredible.

In terms of one man getting a crowd of 100k plus jumping up and down and constantly delivering when playing live it has to be Matt Bellamy, not the greatest guitarist, just a bit of a show off.

Lang Lang is my fave pianist.

My second favourite is probably Lemmy Kilmister from Hawkwind and Motorhead i love that voice of his lol

As Jerbs said. Bellamy is definitely up there.

But my absolute favorite has got to be Stevie Wonder. I mean his live performances are incredible. He has such a larger than life personality and you can tell he really enjoys himself on stage, unlike alot of other musicans these days. Who seem to play live because they have too, not because they want too. Also i love the way he doesnt take himself to seriously.

Everytime i watch him i always get a smile on my face.

He is just such a joy to watch and listen too.

Totally agree on paul gilbert. His guitaring is fantastic. Mine are Paul Gilbert Dimebag Darrell (Such an amazing guitarist) Matt Bellamy Dave Mustaine wrote Lil' Wayne (I'll probably get slated for this, because everyone hates rap) Tim Mcalrath from Rise Against for his fantastic songwriting
