Most modern music made by black artists is a bit rubbish to be honest. There's a few rare one's that make some decent danceable music, like Usher, but the rest of them just care about 'money', 'rainman' and 'booty'.

Agreed. Though it's a small sect of Black artists. What we see and hear is a decision made by record labels. All these artists are just puppets who make whatever they're told to make and sing/rap whatever was written for them because the fame and money is the aim, not the quality of music. You'd be surprised how many of them change their lyrical content once they "make it"

I could reel off a list of artists who sing about nothing related to money or sex and most of them you wouldn't know about. Because they're not under the umbrella of those companies.
