Tell you what, we could pop up a little "reserve list" - if we get enough people by tomorrow afternoon, I might be able to work something out:

Okay, since i'm so nice, here's the plan. If we get one more person on the "reserve list", then that will make it 21 players. That means we could all have 3 teams, and there would only be 1 team left over. 

Instead of a random person just getting the extra team,  we could have a little competition for who gets it - which will be revealed when/if we get one more player.
