Re: FA Cup thread

Beglin has always been biased, I remember they interviewed him before a Liverpool CL game inside the ground and he has a white and red tie on

Re: FA Cup thread

Arsenal and City both have to play replays which is great for us.

How pathetic, that Walcott makes the dive out to be something minor.

The FA Cup may not mean much to him but, it probably does to Leeds.

Laughing with the referee about it. :smileyindifferent:

Atleast he admitted it. And the penalty wasn't given anyway. Hopefully he doesn't make a habit of it.

Whoever said Arshavin is one of the best players in the league, I hope you're having a joke.

The referee didn't book him did he? He should of done that instead of laughing with him.

Also, the penalty that was given was a tad harsh. I guess it was a penalty but, it was soft.

I'll just leave this here.

Re: FA Cup thread

I notice Howard Webb does tend to give a penalty near on every time he referees a United game at Old Trafford. :smileyvery-happy:

Berbatov did go down easily but, he was caught. As Big Sam said, nowadays yo have to go down really to earn a penalty. However, Walcott also went down rather easy yesterday also to earn the penalty that resulted in Arsenal equalising.

Jim Beglin, my oh my, so biased it's unreal. Him and Andy Gray would be a well suited match.

Also, Evra and Giggs were fantastic together down the left.

Evans did really well, hopefully his confidence is returning. Carrick had a good game, also.

Gerrard definitely had to go. A wreckless challenge if truth be told.

The one where he dived wasn't given. The ref gave it but then called offside. The one after was deserved and he didn't dive.
