Quite enjoyed the beach volleyball. Britain did good and the crowd made it really entertaining :smileyhappy:

Good ol' England having blazing hot weather the week before the Olympics and then to rain on the first week of the games :smileyvery-happy:

?

Everything I saw yesterday showed sunshine. Also I assume you missed the men's footie last night? Team GB looked strong. :smileyhappy:

It was thundering and lightning here in London yesterday for a few hours. I'm pretty sure I remember seeing the Cycling being hit by it. It had stopped by the evening and was a lot brighter in other parts though which is good :smileyhappy: There will no doubt be more this week though.

I was going to watch Team GB but I get bored watching them play. Especially when Aaron Ramsey is playing. The regular season will be starting soon so I'm mainly watching different sports in the Olympics.

Lucky man! My day is here in work :smileysad:

Still, pen down the Mountain Biking from the 11th to 12th, and BMX starts on the 8th. Both are high octane, the downhill MB should be insane lol

Certainly will sir!

Not really watched those sports before so would be intrigued at the least.

No telly at your work or radio or owt?

BTW (and sorry for keep changing subject with each post lol) the travel to work in Central London today wasn't too bad for me actually.  Let's just see how it is in getting back home.

Thankfully I am very far from London so no transport issue here, glad it didn't affect you as well. I was getting the impression that it would have been quicker for some people to walk lol

And Legion, now what you mean to an extent but thankfully Ramsey did well last night. He seems to play great for Wales, just not so much for Arsenal. :smileysad:

Yea it was certainly raining in London.  Although it was on off on off on off.  With sunny spells inbetween each heavy downpour.

I was caught up in it myself and had to cut my trip to the carboot sale short lol.

This Mexican archer lady is rather pretty btw.

Yeah I don't know why he can't play like that for Arsenal. I'll put it down to the system being played. If Wilshire was fit I'd probably be a bit more into the football as I haven't seen him play in a long time. A pity his health is going down the drain.

Watching the weightlifting. Hopefully GB does well. Our lifter should be coming up shortly.

British Record by Zoe Smith. I hope she can get a medal of some sort.

Edit: She probably won't after listening to how many more lifters there are and how they're all top 10ish in the world :smileyvery-happy: Still a good effort considering she's only 18.
