^^ amazed at how well it's going for newcastle. really thought with pardew at the helm they'd struggle. shows that team spirit is sometimes worth more than stars worth millions and millions.

Times are good indeed. The team spirit looks great, and it seriously helps we've developed a class looking goalkeeper, aswell as finally having what seems to be a solid CB pairing. Cabaye in the midfield for 4m is looking like the buy of the season imo, although we haven't seen any of Santon (5m) yet :smileywink: The squad is also looking great, strikers scoring goals, with plenty on the bench. Can't wait for Ben Arfa to get back to full fitness.

And actually assasin, I believe when we got relegated we were still selling on average 40,000 tickets to each game, not bad in a 52,000 stadium :smileytongue:

well as newcastle have the best defence in the top 4 leagues i guess that's true.

Re: Barclays Premier League Thread

I'm more surprised that the Newcastle fans at the match had their clothes on. Considering they travel up and down the country through the winter without their shirts, I was expecting them to be naked today. :smileytongue:

Commoli was at the Borussia Dortmund game for the 3rd time in the last few weeks...I wonder who he was scouting, hopefully Hummels or Goetze! :smileyhappy:

Also Shelvey  got MOTM on his debut for Blackpool!

Yes, i'm sure you're going to sign both of those World class players  This is just like when you were going to sign Aguero. If I had to guess i'd say he's watching Kagawa seen as though your club (or the owner or someone) said they wanted an Asain player in summer.

If we intend in signing any of there class players, we need to finish in the top 4.

Re: Barclays Premier League Thread

Stoke can consider themselves lucky to have more than 9 players on the pitch rouch and wilkinson should have been walking down the tunnel in first half

Doesn't really matter which one wins today, they will both right next to each other at the end of the season as the only teams competing for the 4th spot :smileytongue:
