Re: Films you can watch again and again and again?

With only a very few exceptions, I cant really watch a film again once I've seen it. And to my eternal shame they all seem to be mindless action movies.

X-men (the first one)

Transformers (have sat through them all, again and again)

The Dark Knight

Underworld (seen them all but can only repeat watch the first one, I hated how they changed the look of "michael" in the latter ones)

Centurian (seemed to have zero publicity but love this movie)

If I do go for a comedy its got to be The Holy Grail or The Life of Brian

Other than the Monty Python, given my age, its weird that theres no 70's or 80's stuff on there but I put that down to TV stations endlessly repeating that stuff. As much as I loved the original Star Wars trilogy, even they do my head in now.

...and honestly I'm not a neanderthal, I do watch movies that have a complicated plot and require thought ...its just that I can watch explosions again and again

Re: Films you can watch again and again and again?

When I was a child. I use to just watch BettleJuice all day. I'd just rewind it & watch it again haha. It still never gets old.

For me it's got to be:

Jurassic Park films

BeetleJuice

Harry Potter - But I need to watch from 1 to 8!

Lord of The Ring - But only ever few years

Dawn of The Dead

Band of Brothers - once every year

JAWS

Dumb & Dumber

Saving Private Ryan

That's just of the top of my head. I can watch quite a lot of films multiple times & still enjoy them. You always notice something new. Most recently I watched Children of Men twice in 1 day :smileyvery-happy:
