Re: Films you've tried watching to the end but just can't

A few come to mind:
  • Serenity - Can never keep my attention i just get bored and wander off distracted by somthing shiny.
Thats just a few off the top of my head. If youve watched the series (Firefly) then you'll understand the story line more, as i watched the series first, i thought the movie was really good. Shame they got cancelled, should have been a big hit. I think the movie Sideways (Link) was completely crapp, my aunt got it because of the cover saying it was a good comedy, and in the hour we watched of it, we thought it was **** and she has not once touched it since then.

Usual Suspects - Boring The ending's the best bit!

For me, I can only remember The Godfarther. I want to watch it. I have tried twice. But both times I haven't found it very entertaining and it has gone on quite late, and I would rather sleep.

Well i suppose having the ending spoiled makes you not want to sit through it.

Fear and Loathing In Las Vegas. The books awesome. But i always loose interest when watching the film. I must've watched it 3 or 4 times, and still haven't got to the end i don't think.

I might have actually seen it all the way through and just not rememberd it due to being high on goofballs or something.

oh what, that film is bloody brilliant. I can't help but watch it all the way through, even when it's on TV and i turn it on half an hour in. so hilarious.

I've tried watching serenity on like 3 occasions and just fell asleep on the way. Haven't watched any of the harry porter films fully but the LOTR trilogy are my top favorite films ever.

The Usual Suspects is superb.

For me:

Napolean Dynamite, watched 10 minutes, turned it off.
The Departed: I actually watched all of it because of the surrounding hype. Was of the ****test films i've ever seen.
The Godfather: Part 1 and 2 are too long and slowly paced. Haven't started Part 3 yet.
