Hello all!
I'm going through a crisis, trying to find this film I remember watching a couple of times many years ago. So here goes what I can recall & assume.
SyFy, I'm pretty sure 90s or early 2000's, reason for this is because I recall some decent computer CGI stuff.
Biggish budget, some familiar faced stars in it.
The ending scene, picture the senate in Star Wars, big circular room that's really high/low. In the middle is this floating fireball, like a sun or some kind of alien energy. This energy then turns one of the films main characters (who was a villain all along without the rest knowing) into a giant bug-like alien. His face is still visable on this horrible thing.
They then kill this guy (I'm pretty sure) by him falling into this energy.
Suggestions I've had so far which I'm pretty sure aren't it.
