Shame it not intended for adults only, a major let down. I was really hoping he would go back to the roots of what made the series so successful, of the two which are most lauded this film seems to have little in common. Why the tight suits, the pretty woman, vibrant colours and CGI? The best two didn't have these except perhaps very little CGI and it was that art direction that made them so amazing. As for the not for adults only... it doesn't warrant an 18 certificate. If Ridley Scott kept what made those other two so successful and made it so it had an 18 certificate then the anticipation would have been enormous, instead he has caved to hollywoodism and it is movie generating no more interest than any other so called blockbuster.

He's said he's shooting every effect possible as practical and only using cgi when necessary. He's also said he's making different cuts for different ages and will discuss with the studios which ones to use.

And I don't think this is really a part of the series anymore, while in the same universe and while it was originally planned as a prequel, it's now it's own story and has gone in its own direction.
