Re: The Avengers

I'm glad there was only one extra scene after the credits. Thought I'd missed something for a second, after seeing people say there were two! Fools.

Anyway, such an epic film. Full of action with some great humor added in there.. Made up for some of the other tosh that's come out this year.

Re: The Avengers

There is an extra scene now ,it's currently showing at the end of screenings in north America and all it involves is the six of them around a table eating that is all.

Seen it yesterday. Loved it. The Hulk was the best!  Really hope Joss Whedon films the next film, if he gets offered the job.

I was hoping for a Spidey cameo. I was looking see him swing buy in some news footage, or even Peter Parker running away. Not sure on the time line of the film, but Spidy might not have been Spidy at that point.

Although I would like to see another Thor movie. I think they should drop the rest of the films. Makes more sense to just go ahead with the next Avengers, than to make another awful Captain America & Iron Man movie. No doubt all the characters will make appearances in each others film now, so kinda pointless unless there doing ''pre Avengers'' timeline stuff.

All the films even line up with the Avengers. Didn't most of them all end with yer man from SHEILD approaching the character?

Saw it again on Saturday, such an awesome film.
It's the first film that my gf has ever wanted to see for a second time at the cinema.

Seeing as the film has already made $654 million in 12 days worldwide they would be stupid to not to sign Whedon for the job (I say get him tied to all marvel films)

A Spidey cameo would be a difficult one as Sony own the movie rights to him at the moment (would of been a pretty good way to plug the new movie though having him land amongst the battle drop a few aliens give a few quips and swing off 😁)

As for a Thor sequel that is due for release 15th November 2013. Ironman 3 is due May 3rd 2013 (both will be solo films not connected) and Captain America is 4th April 2014 (will be linked with shield and next avengers film).
Marvel films announced that Mark Rufflo has signed for 6 films as the Hulk which is awesome in my books as he has now made the character his own. All

They also plan to release an Antman film which will hopefully have him create Ultron in the Avengers sequel leading him to be the villain in the third😜

This is a great time for all comic book fans.

Re: The Avengers

From what I've seen, I dont actually like the face of the new Hulk. I think they did a better job rendering him in the Ed Norton version, he looked much more like the comic book hulk. The Hulk face Ive seen in the avengers trailer looks a bit like a lumbering cave man and not a rage fuelled smash monster. Not seen the full movie yet though so I hope he looks better in other scenes not posted on the internet.

Does Stan Lee pop up anywhere in The Avengers movie btw?

Yes haha. I was wondering that yesterday, if it's in his contract to be in all Marvel films, or is he in them as a mark of respect.

Re: The Avengers

Fury trust me when I say that this is the best incarnation of the that has graced the screen, there is plenty of rage there too believe me.
The look in the film is very close to his appereance in the comics and you can see a lot of Mark Rufflo in there too. His appearance in the last film (which I really liked) had a kinda like a green pumped up surfer.

Re: The Avengers

His best cameo in film is still when he shows up in Mallrats.
