I think I would survive longer than the rest, but it's just the constant being on edge and running away that I wont like.  I'm very jumpy as it is.

I reckon a nice quick exit will probably be the best option in those circumstances.  World is doomed anyway.

Problem is our basic instincts to survive at all costs and fear of dying may take over me and wont be able to take the sensible option of simply waiting for the countdown.  The countdown itself would annoy me.

If I can get myself to stay, I think I will definitely need to do something to distract me from what is about to happen.

i expected once the countdown finished just for the inside of the building to be incinerated - didn't expect the whole place to go up like that lol.

i would've left too, no way i'd go out like that.  as lordross said, the countdown would be awful knowing what was coming.

just keep fighting the little blighters and continue a search for other survivors (and see if any other docs are working on a cure etc).  as they say in an earlier episode, it's just big groups you need to look out for - in 1's or 2's they're easy enough to deal with.

whilst the option of dying isn;t great as the doctor said thsi is our extintion event and to be honest i don;t see much hope for anyone who "survives2 ater all, ti hasn;t yet been explored buty as the dead are coming back to life what happens when someone simply dies of natural causes? there will always be a risk that they will get you eventually, and if everyone else is dead as apepars to eb the cade then where is the cure (if you can cure death) coming from

I have not watched the final episode yet as I'm rewatching the series with the missus.

I have read up to issue 75 in the comics ( vol 9 in the graphic novels ) and yes there are some big differences but I have really enjoyed this series and I cannot wait for the next series, and see it this series lasting for quite a while.

I also really want to know when and how they plan to introduce The Governor.

I read an interview online with the guy who either writes or has input into the script of the comics. He is a producer or exec producer on the TV series. The interview basically stated that we will start to see more differences between the comics and the series as it progresses. He wants people who have read the comics something to be excited about or looking forward to. I have not read the comics but apparently series two will see the introduction of a character who wields a sword?

I really like what they have done by including new parts to the story to surprise those who have read the comics. Also Michonne is awesome, and it will be brilliant to see her make her debut next season.

I'd have stayed, shut my eyes and put my fingers in my ears whilst humming. Stuff getting brutally eaten alive by zombies, I'd rather be humming one second and then dead the next...

I would have left the CDC building, If I am going to die, I would rather go out fighting, than to simply give up and take the easy way out.

However, I would always be sure to keep one bullet in my gun so that if they started eating me alive or I got infected, that would be when I use it to blow my brains out to ensure I couldn't come back as one and be responsible for killing another survivor.

I would of gone, couldnt sit there knowing that timer was coming to the end. I think through out the years of watching all these zombie films an playing the games I've gained some kind of survival instinct and could last for a good while 

After seeing Zombieland, I'd have to take the live route It could be a blast!

But seriously, I'd have to go out fighting too, and will be prepared to off myself should I get bitten.
