Do you remember earlier in the episode, Archie threw Ronnie on the floor, and even before that Jack came looking for Ronnie and Threatened Archie, "If you touch or even look at her, i will kill you". It was something like that. But anyway if you looked at Jacks top during that you can clearly see that it was Jack that smashed his head with the queen Victoria Statue.
