With all the most awesome gameplay and had some Rivals with some crazy fast cars fast as a Redbull X2010 from GT5 or Bugatti Veyron, that would more likely Tokyo Xtreme Racer Zero. 

This game brought me back good old memories, I have it but mines doesn't even work.

If only they could atleast bring this Racing game to playstation store. I would definitely buy it. Also if you have played this game before just comment about it from what you can remember about the game, Rivals, Rival's cars, anything you can remember from the game!

Actually I don't recall this one at all, guessing it was fun then? I was always a ridge racer fan myself though I've not liked the games since the PS1 days sadly
