I have suffered from occasional mild headaches (don't last long, sometimes behind the eye) for a year or so now. The average time between one is probably 6 weeks, but I have gone 3 months without one, and had two a week apart.

I'm not sure whether they are the cause, or a side-effect, but at the same time I get a weird pattern in my vision, that is like a fuzzy circle, which starts as a little spot, and gets wider, until it is sort of a fuzzy circle around the border of my vision, then it goes. That tends to last maybe 10 minutes, and for the last few times that I had it, I felt horrible after it for an hour, until I threw up, and then I was fine (one time I just lied down, and it passed after an hour or so).

It's pretty weird.

I've had what you get Gawge but only a very slight headache afterwards and maybe feel a little sickly.
First time it hapened was about 24 years ago and went many years before it happened again.
The last time it happened was around 5 years ago and for the first time it went into both eyes and I could barely see anything, I got worried and got someone to drive me to hospital.
I spoke to a female doctor and nurse who both told me it was migrain as the nurse also gets them the same as me without much of a headache. Quite scary when it happens.

Yeah, I have been to a couple of doctors and they say it is probably just migranes.

It is a very slight headache, I always assumed that migranes would be really aggressive or something.

If they are behind your eyes I would go and get an eye test. They now take a photo of the inside of both eyes and the optician will be able to tell if there's a problem, it costs £10 for the photos.
