Yip me 2 bud! I was working nights at the time and would start playing at 11 and finish around 20.30! God i was addicted to it and spent most of 2000/1 playing into the wee small hours when i was off! Played on a Map 7 German server mostly but quite often frequented the US servers with that amazing dial up 33k Modem!

Made quite a few (online) buds from that game, some i still talk to now.

Btw what was your name on q3 then?

yep, it's a shame that it died the way it did, dreamcast is one of my favorite consoles and i love quake 3 arena i still have the old dc keyboard too.
