Hmm..
One of my best friends had testicular cancer. He's one of the most sympathetic and kind people you'll ever find. Extremely likeable.
Azed seems to be a very sympathetic person, and seems very likeable too.
And I think everyone here agrees that you're also very sympathetic and likeable.
Three above average people in the "kind and likeable" category, all with an important common ailment in their history.
A pattern is emerging.

Is testicular cancer (or the chance of) related to testosterone levels...?

it's a bit much saying if you haven't had testicular cancer your not likeable
and something weird about you if you only like those people who have had it ![]()
it's like when someone dies as a result of stabbing or whatever people always say they were lovely people and not a bad word to say about them even though they were part of a gang involved in a gang war and went by the nickname of 'Slasher' or 'knifekilla' or stuff like that

I'm not sure, though I was told at the time my particular type was likely triggered by a twin I had kinda absorbed at the cell splitting stage. Weird...

I can't be bothered to do an exhaustive search but this says that people with testicular cancer sometimes produce less testosterone, this say that the chance of one form of testicular cancer can be increased by low levels of testosterone during development and this says that high levels of testosterone reduce testicular proliferation. Cancer is uncontrolled proliferation, which would suggest that higher levels of testosterone may reduce the chance of testicular cancer.
Cancer is essentially caused when certain cellular pathways that control cell division go wrong, these pathways are very complex and involve thousands of different interactions. I doubt it would be possible to come to a simple conclusion showing a correlating between testosterone levels and the incidence of testicular cancer.
