I think Graham Norton and Scott Mills is presenting for UK this year, Jonhthan doesn't work for BBC anymore so I doubt it.

Here's something I'm not sure about this whole thing these days......I seem to remember in the old days the rule was you had to be an amateur to enter, well I'm sure it was at least the song writer who had to be the amateur.

Well OK, if it's just the case then fair enough having Engleburt Humpading on if he didn't write the tune, but was it last time or the time before when (was it Blue?) were on? Well I watched them on TV before the contest and they said they wrote the tune with someone......so how does that work?

And what about Jedward, surely they are classed as pro singers? and they must write their own lyrics ( no one else could come up with that rubbish if you paid them, apart from Pete Waterman of course).

I'm not understanding it, what's to stop U2 or Pink Floyd taking a shot at it if they wanted?

What are the rules?

If they didn't win, then it's certainly fixed.

Anyone can enter the eurovision, and anyone can write the song, most who enter are pro and have the songs written by pros.

The rules are just around the song itself, it cant be out already, it cant be in the charts, it cant be a cover, it has to be a new song.

The reason people like u2 dont enter is because they dont want to. If youre already famous you have no need to go on it, although there have been exceptions.
