or it helps you start arguments by being snidey and not actually having any real point or input into a thread.
I'd rather have a discussion with someone who has a geniuine alternate view than with someone who is just talking nothing about no one and can drag the discussion into an argument.
I said I support shooting, no one dragged me into an argument.

Dogs, cats, lions, ducks, horses, humans, dolphins, whales. We all do it, even if it means picking the easy targets to make it easier and safer for ourselves. Nature isn't nice, but that doesn't mean it's evil.
Yes it does. You missed my point which was that Beaks=Evil. Mentioning a few animals that don't have beaks but are still evil won't win you the argument. Think of it like this. You are sat at a train station platform. It's one of those proper seats that you can sit down on. Suddenly out of the corner of your eye you see a bird (of whatever type you want, perhaps even a Pheasant) wandering over to your seat and going under it. Now are you think "Blimey that was a cute specimen os the [insert latin word here] genus" or are you thinking "That thing is definitely going to start pecking at my heels any second now". Of those creatures you mentioned above, which would you be comfortable with under your train station seat? That is, of course, ignoring the fact that the occasions when dolphins and whales are going to be appearing under our train seats are going to thankfully be very rare.
And what do Horses hunt? Scarecrows?
Well yes, compared to many animals out there, I'd rather have a bird under my seat rather than say; a lion, snake or a crocodile.

You're weird then.
But doing some more looking into this fascinating Buzzard vs Pheasant topic, did you know that the Latin genus (if that's the right term) for the Honey Buzzard is the Pernis? And that the European Honey Buzzard isn't from these shores and is actually a European Migrant?
So we've got two birds, if you misspell one you get the people who were all "Lets overthrow then Ruskies", if you misspell the other you're probably the complete opposite of a Peasant in that you were trying to spell Pernis. Also it's a dirty European Migrant which Tories don't like. So why not just hunt both? Shoot the lot and lets have casserole.

If animals with beaks were so "evil", then they would not be such popular pets and I doubt people would go out and feed the ducks, swans and geese at the local park.

Your troll logic is not very good.

When you put it like that then the whole world is bonkers. People keep Cats that are selfish little so-and-so's, Dogs that are inter-breeded like mad and are in the end such a loyal creature they can end up hurting whoever you (or they) want, Monkeys, Snakes, Spiders and whatever else that should be left to nature. People in general like odd things and there will always be a section of society who won't understand it. I don't like birds because of a fear that they're going to peck my eyes out. A very legitimate fear i think you'll find. Plus there's bird crap on the boot handle of my car. I cannot see why anyone would want to keep a tweeting twirping animal in a cage. Nor why people would let their kids feed swans, geese and whatever else when there's a chance that if the bird gets a taste of blood all the fun and games at the pond are over. No i didn't have a bad experience as a kid. Just an overactive imagination.
Here's the thing. Buzzards are pointless. Their main food isn't even the Pheasant. It doesn't feature on the wiki page or rspb page. Their main food is WASPS! Now say they're cute. THEY EAT FLIPPING WASPS! And bees which, as much as we may dislike them, apparently have a point to them. And Pheasants are dunb idiots that need to stay off the road. As do 97% of the human population which most days includes me. I don't believe anything should be shot at for sport but a lot of these birds are a bloody nuisance.
