There's a car up the road I've got my eye on. Hopefully they've still got it for sale, and I'm gonna ask if I can put a deposit down, pay the rest next week, and bring down the price some, that's if there's nothing wrong with it.

Any 21 year olds here that are new drivers and have small 3 door cars? Like a Ford KA? I wanna know how much insurance would be on average, a month.

When I get a car, providing I pass my test and all that, and it'll be a while to save up anyway, probably get one in the Winter or even early next year, I'm gonna put my mum as the primary driver on the car anyway and me as the second driver, that way it'll be cheaper.

Bit of a late reply,

I got this: 250px-Ford_Ka_II_front_20100809.jpg

No, you silly sausage. Yours would be far higher than that without the no claims though.

Why don't you just get a few online quotes to get an idea of the rates, and how much they vary? Most places will charge you interest for paying monthly too.

Re: Driving lessons

The best advice I can give you is to get the cheapest car possible for the first couple of years. If you're not into the drag racing etc :smileytongue: go for a group 1 car, my car is the most basic and although it is weak and slow, it can get me from A to B and is a good car to allow me to gain more experience whilst building my no claims.
