Completely uninterested. Skyrim was garbage ("an ocean that's 3 foot deep"), studio developing it seems to have been formed just for it and the guys in charge of it seem to have no recent game dev experience.

Will probably sell just for the franchise it is.

Re: Elder Scrolls ''Online'' in the works =O

I love the Elder Scrolls and Bethesda but I probably won't play it. Bethesda make fantastic games but this isn't being made by the ES team. I have a feeling that will lead to a game that deviates from the lore and one that lacks the gameplay experience of the other ES games. I would also hazard a guess that they will reduce the size of the map.

That said, getting Michael Gambon to voice the trailer was a great move. About time an Irish actor got involved in the ES :smileytongue:

They're not just going to do anything with it, there's actually a couple of developers from Skyrim working on the project from what I can tell, Its just ZeniMax with the Online title next to it, same guys. The main guy thats going to help, was also the producer for Dark Age of Camelot. It will be awesome to see how they do this, I bet its been in the works for a long time now. MMO's can take up to like 6 yearst to make? And ZeniMax Online was made in 2007.

It's said to have WoW-like combat mechanics so count me out. Standard style hotbar MMOs have been done to death now.

Sir Michael Gambon is British, you can't be Irish and use the Sir, like terry wogan, looks desperate when Irish people try to cling onto them.

I was under the impression that he was born in Ireland and then received British citizen ship as a teenager. I would have thought he held Irish and British citizenship.
