I always cry at John Hannah's speech at Gareth's (Simon Callow) funeral in Four Weddings. Every time.

The last few things which have gave me a serious sads have actually been tv shows, rather than movies.

 

Flashpoint, episode "Last Dance"

 

Spoiler
An episode about a girl with a degenerative brain disease, whos plans to have one last romantic night out with her boyfriend don't go as planned. They eventually get surrounded by the SRU at a ballroom where they plan to kill themselves after one last dance together.

Las Vegas, the episodes surrounding Danny's deployment and return from the war.

Particularly the scene where James Caans character who had seemed ok after finding out Danny is being re-deployed phones up his friend at the CIA to find out exactly where he is being sents and then starts crying.
