"End of" or EoD is modern slang for End-of-Discussion which is used to make a final point, final. Whereby no one can give a rejection or point thereafter on the noted topic, even if they believe their opinion is correct.

It is common courtesy for people to change the discussion path when an "End of Discussion" request has been made in the previous discussion/topic.

I thought it was common courtesy never to say "end of discussion" its something you'd say to a child, not to an adult who might have a valid opinion that differs from your own. I think the polite thing to say is "agree to disagree".
