Since it's confessions time we used to put dog poo under people's car door handles. Probably the worst thing I've ever done, but I was a drunken teenager and it was funny as hell if you saw someone try to open their car door, sniff their fingers bemusedly then wretch and heave. Well it was funny to us anyway.

You should be fine. I've told people some nasty things on the internet, and done similar things as you, never been caught, and there's nothing they can really do anyway. The worst they can do is give you a warning if the person finds out and wants to do something about it.
The amount of times I was attacked physically when I was younger, and the people got away with a warning, I couldn't even count on both hands and both feet.

TL;DR - You'll be fine.

If the worst comes to the worst, just say it was him using your computer. What evidence does he have to prove he's never been in your house?
