If you buy an elite for £200 then you no that for online you will need another £40 for a year, then *slaps head* if you want wireless another .... wait for it ......£60.... Yes £60 just to get your £200 console wireless, what a complete rip off thats £300 before ive even done anything, now i no why i bought my PS3, have a nice day. And yes this was totally pointless

Yes, the wireless adapter is a complete rip-off. I just use an ethernet cable to my laptop and do internet connection sharing.

Why do people assume that every single 360 owner buys a Wireless adaptor?

Also FYI you don't HAVE to buy a year, you are not FORCED to buy a year you can get like a 3 month sub for as cheap as £12 and even have it emailed, then pick up a year whenever you have the cash to spair. (side note: Year subs are actually £35)

I nearly brought a 360 but my bro had disc read/scratch problem and 2 red rings of death in a year.
For that reason i am out.

I think it's the sentiment that's concerning, rather than the facts. Hate's a pretty strong word. It's a little concerning that you can hate people simply for exercising their right to make a reasoned choice of their own. Maybe 'I find it irritiating when people that say they bought a xbox 360 because if was cheaper' would have been a little better...
