No football isn't racist if it was only white players would be earning the big money but thats not the case.

On the pitch where the pressure to win they probably will let slip a racist comment but on the whole i wouldn't say it was.

And a few fans, but you could probably say about any big group of people there will be a few idiots who are.

Golfs racist, I was on a course once and got a telling off for wearing a sports vest, I bet they wouldn't have said a word if I was called Tiger.

I dont see how football is as racist as the next sport. Plenty of sports have never had any racist issues at all in the past 10 years cricket, basketball, gaa, I personally cant remember any racist events in  Irish Rugby.

It changes from country to country, and some sports have a muddy past, but I think soccer is the only one I know of that has current racist problems to the level it has.

But I think its some countries more than others and some teams more than others, and that stems from the top down to the bottom. If the management and team dont support it then it wont happen.

I was a football ultra supporter in Europe, and we would chant about everything to get a rise, was it racisim or a pure hatred of other teams that would make us say anything to annoy them? It didnt matter who you were, black white, asian, we would say the most vile things about you, your history, your culture while being very protective of our own asian, black, white fans or players.
