If the American justice system works of precedent, I think it does but not sure, then they just got their precedent for Reasonable Force.

The guy defended his daughter, in the heat of the moment he perhaps did a little more than necessary, but afterwards he clearly tried to help the man.

It's Texas, I'm sure they would have convicted him if he didn't kill the guy.

In fact, I'm surprised the police didn't turn and and provide him with weapons.

Poor girl, and I gotta say, I'd do the same. Some THING like that doesn't deserve to stay alive anyways, the dad did him a favor.

Justice is indeed served, for a change.  Despite the awful nature of the incident, I'm pleased at how this has ended.

I know Gawge will disagree with me but justice is the execution of murders, rapists and child molesters. They are the rats of society. If you have a rat in your home, you don't lock it away, you kill it.
