he probably wasnt the real Jesus. probably. though if anyone ever asks 'what would Jesus do?' its best not to answer.

justice is obviously served. though i guess if everyone went around dishing out the same sort of judgement it probably wouldnt help society in the long run.

This was "in defence". The daughter was 5 years old and unable to defend herself, therefore her dad did the right thing and defended her for her.

This wasn't murder, this was defence.

America has always allowed the death of a person in defence of yourself as reasonable force. Every day shopkeeper shoot theives dead and dont go to jail.

They only investigate to make sure it was defence, then dont press charges.

Sometimes the police cant decide so let it go to court.

But the point here is, no  precedence has been set, as the case didnt go to court, the prosecuters refused to bring him to court. Its only  precedence when they take you to court and lose, then a new standard is set in the state to comply with this loss/win.

Directors of prosecution often dont prosecute people, even ones who have plainly done something wrong.

Might as well bring back capital punishment. Though personally I preferred Project's idea of making them haul rocks for half the day.

They do have capital punishment in texas. Its hard to say how well it works as people often flee to neighbour states after committing crimes etc.

Yeah I know about Texas but seeing as people here seem to be siding with the father (and who can blame them?) it might as well be brought here.
