Would they fund me into a script writing (story telling) course? Doubt it... but an awesome post nonetheless Muster. Virtual kudos on me for this!

Awesome MB, I'm graduating in a few months from a computer games course at uni so this thread will very useful. Thanks ![]()

The OPM website seems great, covering more than just strict game development. I have always wanted to stay away from being a code monkey for some game development house, and was looking for some sort of networking jobs in these development studios, and there are some great jobs for that on OPM.
But then again, i'm not desperate for a job in the games industry so much anymore. I see it as a hobby, and working in a hobby could push me away from it.

Already looking at the Met Film School mate, the £3,000 course I am looking at (a pretty hardcore course mind you, 2 years @ 8hrs a day, 5 days a week) has produced some of the best british writers of all time. ![]()
If all goes well, I might very well get in touch with old Playstation HQ lol... strange to want to do games in a normally TV orientated subject but I think games need a new direction in script writing.
EDIT: That should read £19,000 ![]()

I need someone to come clean my chimney and pick up dog poo from my front lawn. Is that the sort of job you would be interested in advertising here?
