Well I've been trying this ever since I installed, and I don't know whether it's to do with this program or not, but I've been going to bed earlier a few nights out of last week.

Yeah, I have it on all my comps and my ipad and it is so much nicer to use at night. Works like a charm.

Can't believe how I used to manage when I turn it off now!
