That's a responsible attitude if you ask me. I do something very similar, I don't like the idea of kids getting their hands on drink and drugs, so I make it my business to buy and consume as much of the stuff as possible. The way I see it is - the more I take the less there is knocking around for the kids to take.

I expect I'll get some sort of community award for this in the near future.

With anaemia, do you find yourself tired all the time and napping a lot? I nap like every day for an hour or 2, and I still also have really long sleeps when I haven't gotta get up and do anything in that day.

Get so exhausted very easily.

I have irritable bowel, but I just get on with things.

Its only recently people have been sleeping all night. In the past we used to sleep twice, We would go to bed at like 9 or 10, sleep for 4 hours wake up and get up out of bed, people would then pray, read, go for walks, go to their neighbours house for a chat. for an hour or two.

then return home for their second sleep.

Its literally only the last 100 years that we have not being doing that, I want to try 2 sleeps, i will some time.
