Hi

I want to get a multiplayer game to play online. I have Killzone 2, but there are not many users online, as far as i can tell.

Is there a list of how many users are currently online in several games, to compare? I found something for PC, but is there something similar for the PS3?

And if not, do you know what multiplayer games are the most populated?

Don't know of any lists but I would say the COD games will be the most populated for sure.

yeah would totally say the CoD games too. MW3, Black Ops, but theyre all probably quite busy.

would be quite handy to have a rough list of busy games, tis a good idea. but i guess it wouldnt officially be done, for many many reasons lol.

Just play the most recent and popular games like BF3, MW3. Like all games people move on leaving only a few die hard gamers, and glitchers behind.

Might be worth checking any game stats sites sometimes they will show an indication of current players. 

Battlefield Bad Company 2 for example is currently showing around 1800 PS3 players at the time of posting.

any game that has a sequel, especially one as big as BF3, and still gets high numbers like that cant be doing bad.

That is quite a low count for Bad Company 2 it can peak between 4000 to 6000 at evenings and weekends. 

Not bad for a game that's knocking on a bit. Medal of Honor is still attracting a few currently around 500 PS3 players enough for a game.

Red Dead Redemption is still active - ish gets about 100 at weekends even higher during triple xp lol check the rockstar sites

It's free for PC and it's brilliant.

Rubbish on the PS3 though, used to take forever to even get into a game and hardly anyone played it.
