back when the PS3 first came out me and my bro got a PS3 for xmas as a joint present and we made the account sotonsoldier2k8 anyway not that long ago i got another PS3 and my bro had his MW prestige on the soldier account so i made another account on the new PS3 called True_Stoner12 so that i wouldnt have to wait for him to get off MW and we gameshare between the 2 PS3's

No, you are not, not if someone else is using the content.

Clearly you have a PS3 EACH, it's not one for the front room and one for the bedroom, this is one EACH, and that is GAMESHARING.

If both those PS3's were yours, and like I say, you had one for your front room and one for your bedroom upstairs, but it was you still using both of them, then that wouldn't be gamesharing, but the fact is, you have a PS3 each and you're sharing content between eachother.

Let me simplify this for you. You buy a game off the shop shelf to play on your PS3, but your brother steals from the same shelf, and hasn't paid for the game, and plays it on his PS3.

That is basically what you're doing.
