No, you are not, not if someone else is using the content.

Clearly you have a PS3 EACH, it's not one for the front room and one for the bedroom, this is one EACH, and that is GAMESHARING.

If both those PS3's were yours, and like I say, you had one for your front room and one for your bedroom upstairs, but it was you still using both of them, then that wouldn't be gamesharing, but the fact is, you have a PS3 each and you're sharing content between eachother.

Let me simplify this for you. You buy a game off the shop shelf to play on your PS3, but your brother steals from the same shelf, and hasn't paid for the game, and plays it on his PS3.

That is basically what you're doing.

I think before we go off topic, the ban is likely due to sexual harassment, and verbal abuse. A couple of incidents were reported and collectively attributed to the ban. A mod would probably confirm this in private (protesting innocence in the face of a ban in public is rarely wise..), but this is the information I was given by people that were subject to the said harassment and abuse.

If you have an issue with your ban or want to know more about it then contact your local support office!

I and no other mod can discuss a ban either on the forums on a place like home, I can say though that grief reports are dealt with in the proper manner & have been for a reason!! Really not much point coming on here to discuss or deny such things especially if something has been done on your account on a place like home which is then deemed offensive etc etc etc etc etc
