Does anyone know of any moulds I can buy to pour melted down Iron into to make weights for weight lifting?
Or alternately
Does anyone know of moulds for pouring concrete into? also, what weight differnce is there between concrete wet and dry? and what bonding agents would I need to use if any?
or alternately
different metals that could be smelted maybe lead incased in rubber?

You dont want to use iron or concrete they are really heavy. Use something light like air, that way you can lift weights for longer without getting as tired so you will have more of a work out.

Just lift 4 cans of black Oranjeboom, they seem pretty heavy to drink so they might be heavy to lift.

Stop pretending you've been drinking beer. It isn't big and it isn't clever.
