He's obviously trying really hard to hang on to his place as Lib Dem leader.

Can't see them going in to the next General Election with him though - whether what "he" has done is right or wrong, it is beside the point really. People (and much of the potential Lib Dem vote) don't like him, that's politics, so someone else has to take the reins.
