Re: Noisy neighbours...

Im getting new neighbours, they have been noisy doing work at unsocial hours, I assume in an attempt to save money, so at the traditional relax hours they are banging away, 6pm - 10pm and the traditional working hours they are silent.

Im not worried about it, I make a bit of noise, and Im the master of insomnia I can if needed make noise at very unsocial hours, Also I sleep with earplugs and a face mask, so their noise wont disturb my sleep, but I can assure you, my noise would disturb theirs.

Re: Noisy neighbours...

You should greet them bare chested and doing your special dance. Kiss your guns and wink at them a bit and they'll bring you things like apple pies and psychiatrists.

Re: Noisy neighbours...

This could be good, psychiatrist sex is pretty good and apple pies serve as nourishment.

Re: Noisy neighbours...

In my current house everybody is so quite, but I have had some absolute gems.
We lived in a maisonette and had a neighbour above that thought that it was ok to listen to abba really loudly at stupid a clock in the morning and he couldn't understand why I would not see the funny side of him answering the door with a blond wig on. I wish could I say that it only happen the once.
He also used to try his hand at DIY and ended up flooding our kitchen , bathroom and bedroom.
The only up side was that he would leave a case of red wine on our doorstep after every incident.

Then our last neighbour used to fight every weekend after his trip to the pub and you could hear him being bounced off of the walls.
Their kids would be fighting which would lead to the parents screaching. There was never a quite day.

Re: Noisy neighbours...

Another one of my neighbours is fairly quiet until he watches football. Bloody hell if there was a 'shouting' event at The Olympics he'd win Gold, Silver and Bronze.

[ Edited ]

I used to live next door to an absolute nut bar. He'd make noises like the Tazmanian devil all day and every night he'd throw crockery and cutlery down the communal stairs and at our front door, sometimes he'd take running jump kicks at our door too.

Sometimes he'd, um..pleasure himself in the communal garden, just stand there in his dressing gown going at it with a ciggie in his mouth, other times he'd take a massive crap in the lift. He was shouting all night once and making gutteral noises so I banged on his door telling him to shut up, he opened the door and said to me 'You're welsh, well I'm a hard cockerney and I'll duff you up', I'm from Lewisham :smileyindifferent:

He was sectioned eventually, I lol'd
