Online store extra cash taken

Anyone had problems with th online store? I put £20 into wallet and then found out £75 had been removed during the day after my son had purchased a few things? Not sure how this is supposed to work but there was 4 x wallet funding made.......anyone else had this problem????? I've now un registered cos I tought I was being ripped off and now son can't play games.......
