If I bid 6p and nobody else put a bid in, would you go through with it?

Re: PC Gaming thread.

Legally speaking yes I would have go thought with it, but with 8 watchers already I highly doubt they will go too cheap lol... I will be happy with anything around £150 plus because I normally donate my old kit to family, so any cash is better than nothing. :smileyhappy:

Re: PC Gaming thread.

You have to legally go through with it?

I don't. LOL

If the item didn't sell for what I expected I just cancel it and say the item was damaged and no longer available. :smileyvery-happy:

Re: PC Gaming thread.

Sorry, I only accept money. :smileytongue:

I ordered the 7970 today, I am really confused about the power figures that every place keeps listing. 300W on full load? They are getting really efficient and the same for the new nVidia's coming out soon! I did think about waiting for the new 680's but they only had 2048MB, I like adding mods to my games so kinda need more than that :smileysad:

Re: PC Gaming thread.

All this 680 is faster than 7970 is aload of poo lol all reviewers have been testing a 680 that comes 1ghz overclock out the box against 7970 thats 900mhz. if you look up some reviews where both cards are OC 7970 wins alot.

Both cards at stock level the 680 is faster in most games apart from Metro and Dirt.  OC'ing theres more variation in the results and the 7970 comes out slightly stronger, but both cards trade blows in different games.
