I think Steam or the Devs themselves have got a little confused about what genre it is. It says Sci-Fi FPS... but every screenshot shows Third Person.

No it's FPS, screen shots are just in thrid person.

But I just found out some bad things about the developer and now I feel bad about giving them my money

Does anybody have a good method of copying game saves over to a new hard-drive? Formatting my hard-drive and wondering the best way to replace the game saves.

Probably.

The main guy has been firing people without pay because he suddenly changed his mind and decided he didn't want the assets that they created.

On top of that, I've read that he's been stealing assets from other games. Although I'm not sure because some people are saying that they're still there and others are saying they were just place holders for trailers and such.
