Out of curiosity, you don't have a new card do you? (i.e the old one expired).

Try re-entering your CC details again.

Or if that fails, Honey is always good.  But I prefer to use jam, its a better conductor.

already said nothing is wrong with my mastercard the funds are in the wallet i just cant purcchase anything with the funds. i checked my internt connection fic everything there too rebooted ps3 to orignal settings lost all game files just for the hell of geting the PSN store to work and still the ERROR exsists its not my problem its SONY PROBLEM they have some issue with this error that they cant SOLVE there is so many posts on this error in diffirent forums and n1 is giving a FIX

Are you connected via cable or wireless?

As it seems to only be affecting you it sounds more like a problem with your connection otherwise the forums would have loads of threads with people complaining about the same thing.

i am connected through wire but i can also connect through wireless but for my ps3 i stay wired

I've only noticed this problem when my internet itself was acting up, be it router problems or simply very slow internet with frequent disconnections. What's your internet speed, if you know?
