Phones Themes... (Wallpaper, Tones, Notifications etc)

I can't decide what to go with!

The ideas floating in my head are Street Fighter themes, Mario themes (everyone goes with Mario) and things like that...
Sound clips shouldn't be THAT hard to come across...

Anyone got any ideas of other themes and that i could possibly look into? Maybe suggest some you use yourselves?

I just got a normal, cheap phone, why spend hundreds on something to talk to other people when cheap phones do the same job.. stupid I think
