Hi everyone ![]()
I recently got hold of a Play TV tuner, and am very happy with it, bar the lack of series linking!
However, I've been looking for a way to edit the native M2TS files (on my Vista laptop), so that I can edit out adverts from recordings (and clip start/end). Are there any good freeware editors out there that will do the job for me?
Thanks

According to Google there are freeware options. But it sounds like a lot of work just to avoid skipping through adverts.
I assume PlayTV has a fast forward function?

Hi ![]()
Yes it has got a fast forward!
I'd still rather clean them up, for the extra reason that all those adverts will waste storage space and file sizes.
I can't find any freeware that does it, only 'free trial' versions, if anyone can point me towards one I'd be very grateful.

The ones I quickly found may have been trial versions, I'm not sure. If Google can't find any then there probably aren't any. Google usually knows about these things.

Ok, I'll be honest, never tried with WMM because I have Nero 9 Suite and Pinnacle Studio. It definetaly works with them... here is some stuff I editted after recording the footage on PlayTV.

You can download a free trial of Nero 9 Suite form their site, and Nero Vision will be in there for you try out mate!
