I bought Lego Indy on monday and it still hasnt come, is that normal? my friend ordered it at exactly the same time off play and his came on thursday. Cheers

Has yours been dispatched yet? Maybe your friend got the last copy and your going to have to wait until the stock comes in..

get in touch with them I work for an online book shop and if peoples stuff doesn't come (royal mail are crap) we either replace it with another or refund them.

I ordered four items in two separate orders on Tuesday. I've not received anything yet and it's pretty ridiculous.

I ordered something from them on Friday morning at about 7am, they dispatched it today and said it would take 3-5 days.

You cant blame play.com for this entirely as it *may* be Royal Mails fault.

I hope I get mine sometime this week

Yeah, Play.com have NEVER let me down. If its been dispatched then it must be lost in the mail. I think you have to contact play.com and they track it for you.

I received GTA4 2 days after ordering, and I wasn't expecting it until around a week after due to the bank holiday weekend being inbetween. Ordered on thursday 1st may and got it saturday 3rd may. Their service has always been great for me.

they are based in jersey so depends where you live really and how reliable royal mail are

it depends on how close to a mail depot you live too. if you're in a remote area it may take a while longer!
